Pay here when your card has surpassed its max value of the service level you chose for it and PSA bumped it to a higher service level.
You will pay the difference of the amount you already paid and the price of the service level that it was upgraded to as well as a $5 fee for submitting your cards under the incorrect service level. Upcharges hold up orders at PSA and create bookkeeping discrepancies. Please select the right service level for your cards. Do not try and sneak cards in to lower service levels, it only creates headaches for everyone.
